Cancellation Policy

• The Company provides immigration consultancy and documentation support services. • The Client agrees to engage the Company for services listed at checkout or invoice ("Services") and pay applicable fees ("Fees"). • The Company does not guarantee visa, residency, or citizenship outcomes. Services • The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services. • Services include document preparation for Singapore PR, Citizenship, or Long-Term Visit Pass applications. • All staff are Company employees or authorised contractors. • The Company complies with all relevant laws and holds necessary licences. Payment & Refunds • Fees are due as selected at checkout or in the invoice. • Fees exclude third-party/government charges (e.g., ICA, translations, courier, notarisation). • All fees are strictly non-refundable. • For instalments, monthly charges are auto-deducted from the chosen method. Client Obligations • Provide full, accurate, and truthful information. • Submit documents correctly and on time. • Respond promptly to Company requests. • Disclose changes in job, marital status, or visa immediately. • Avoid false, forged, or misleading submissions. • Follow all Company instructions. • Maintain personal eligibility (e.g., legal stay, job validity, ICA criteria). • Accept that delays, rejections, or failures from ineligibility or false info are the Client’s responsibility. • Cooperate fully or risk service termination with no refund. • Pay all agreed fees; missed payments may suspend service. • Indemnify the Company from losses due to breach, false info, or eligibility failure. Termination • The Company may terminate with written notice. • Immediate termination applies on Client breach. • Unpaid instalments remain due upon termination. Confidentiality • Both parties will protect shared confidential info for two years post-termination. Legal Terms • Governed by Singapore law. • Disputes go first to Singapore Mediation Centre; unresolved matters go to Singapore courts. • Neither party is liable for delays from causes beyond their control. Entire Agreement • This agreement overrides all prior terms and can only be amended in writing.
