RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Heritage retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Once retention is no longer needed, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with PDPA requirements.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA TO EXTERNAL THIRD PARTIES OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

Heritage may transfer personal data to authorized service providers or business partners located outside Singapore to provide services or facilitate operations.

When transferring data overseas, Heritage ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information and that the third parties adhere to data protection standards consistent with PDPA requirements.
